| 1978 OLDSMOBILE TORONADO “XS”
One of only 5,256 Toronado “XS” versions produced by Oldsmobile during the 2 year period 1977 and 1978 (2,543 in 1978 and 2,713 in 1977). White with Burgundy interior. Very good original condition, all power options including power sun roof, original AM/FM Stereo Radio/Eight Track, never wrecked, always garaged, well maintained. Original Arctic White external paint with white vinyl in fine condition. Total mileage 130,000. Rebuilt 403 with 30,000 miles. 11,000 on front drive axles, C-V joints, ball joints, wheel bearings, brakes, shocks, and Michelin tires all around.
1. Engine rebuilt in 1989, odometer reading 99,580 miles
2. Rear brakes and shocks replaced July 1995, odometer reading 117,686
3. New Michelin tires installed October 1995, odometer reading 118,213
4. Front brakes and shocks replaced March 1996, odometer reading 119,248
5. Ball joints, front drive axles, C-V joints and boots, front wheel bearings and steering knuckle replaced April 1996, odometer reading 119,611
6. Engine tune-up with new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor May 1999, odometer reading 128,085
7. Radiator re-cored and Carburetor rebuilt 2008, odometer reading 130,000
Has primarily been in storage in garage since April 1998 but driven about 200 miles on highway a couple of times a year during that time.
