1928 Model A Cabriolet
It was completely disassembled, repaired or replaced where needed, including rust, rusted out places, etc. It was restored to as close to factory standards as possible. This included painting the original colors and using the original color upholstery, as given by the Ford specs from that year.
This is a 3 speed. You can purchase a synchronized gear (looks like the original) or an upgrade transmission that adds the 4th gear……an overdrive that allows cruising at 55 instead of 40-45.
The car is in excellent condition except for a few minor things:
* The speedometer and odometer need to be hooked up.
* Driver door opening lever needs to be reconnected. I reach out the window to open the door. It can be fixed by removing the upholstered interior panel.
* Leaks oil….just drips
